Power Window
One of the main goals was again set on minimizing the current-consumption. We developed a "sandwich-construction" with the Z-bar mounted between the welding arms, which results in low inductivity of the secondary welding circuit, combined with a considerable reduction of the cooling-effort.
"Overlacquering control" CM16 is equipped with an easy to handle weld monitoring unit, integrated in the newest generation of digital frequency inverter Pacemaker™. Production stops due to wire-breaks caused by any over lacquering in the seam area disappear. Faulty cans are counted and can be rejected (option).
Wire savings
The "Can Man Softwire-technology" enables you to equip this machine with a copper wire which has a diameter of only 1.24mm.
Scoring unit
The integration of a scoring unit in combination with a separator allow, with regard to the complete production-process, a production of up to 500 cans per minute.
Equipment
