With the automatic welder X5 a machine has entered the market which can weld exceptional formats, sheet-thickness and materials, thanks to a solid frame-construction and a state of the art control.
Economy
The connection-power is an important cost factor, especially when running large containers. Thanks to an optimized arrangement of the welding arms (PowerBAR™), the current consumption of X5 is less than 30 Ampère per phase at full load and maximum speed.
Heightchange
The rounded blanks are transported by means of 2 timing belts equipped with «solid-piece» pushers (patent pending). This unique transport-system, located inside the containers, guarantees no offset of the blank edges as well as a height change in 10 minutes.
Adjustment
For the blameless welding of several different materials it is of advantage to be able to adjust the welding frequency and the puls width. X5 works with the latest generation of solid state inverters, well known as «Pacemaker».
Rollerheads
This machine can be provided either with food-conform welding rolls or with cheaper rolls which contain mercury. You have the choice!
Ergonomics
The operator's panel is mounted on a sledge and can, independent of the position of the slide cover, be moved wherever you need it.
