Loading capacity:
Largest blank size possible:
305 mm of canbody height and 160 mm of canbody diameter. The Loading capacity in this case is 2 pallet stacks in one go (This equals a blank size of 305 x 502 mm).
Capacity of pallets: 2 pallets (ø 127 mm), up to 5 pallets (ø 52 mm). Size of the loading section: 1000 x 500 mm
Example for canbody ø 99 mm:
3 stacks can be prepared in one go. The height of the stack can be max. 350 mm giving you a total bundle size of 5250 blanks (@ 0.2 mm sheet thickness) in one go. Body height: up to 305 mm.
Change of blank size:
To change the blank format, the body height is adjusted by manual wheel and the fork lifter parameters can be chosen in the presets of the systems control panel. Eventually the separator module needs to be changed.
Requirements:
- The operated welder needs to be equipped with Can Man’s non-stop blank feeding system or an equal system.
- A sufficient amount of individual pallets, which are slightly smaller than the respective blank sizes need to be provided. We recommend individual pallets for every handled blank size.
- In order to handle different blank heights it is necessary to applied the respective magnetic head module. Four modules are provided allowing to feed blanks from 100 mm up to 305 mm of sheet height.

As most Can Man products the POWERFEED™ is based on a modular grid and applies also to other Can Man welders or WeldCENTERS™ witch feature QuickCHANGE™ or other downstacker systems.
